The ceremony was attended by members of the Central Committee of the Party: Ha Ngoc Chien \u2013 Member of the Standing Committee of the National Assembly, Chairman of the Ethnic Council of the National Assembly; Dao Ngoc Dung \u2013 Minister of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs; Do Van Chien – Minister, Chairman of the National Committee of the Government; representatives of the leaders of the Committees of the National Assembly.On the side of Thanh Hoa province, there were: Lai The Nguyen \u2013 Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Pham Ba Oai \u2013 Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People’s Council; Le Duc Giang \u2013 Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee; Leader of the Provincial Party Committee Office, Provincial Party Committee Office and some related departments and agencies.It is expected that by the second quarter of 2021 the project will be put into operation, in the fourth quarter of 2021, will bring the product to the market. This component project has a total investment of VND 3,000 billion, each year supplying the market with 500,000 tons of feed, over 20,000 tons of pork, 165,000 tons of microbiological fertilizer, meeting the domestic consumption demand.<\/p>\n

Speaking at the ceremony, Nguyen Huy Hoang, General Director of Xuan Thien Group, said that in response to the Prime Minister’s summons to invest in the agricultural sector, Xuan Thien Group proposed to invest in the project of Xuan Thien \u2013 Thanh Hoa High-Tech Production and Breeding Complex with a total investment of VND 36,000 billion.
\nAfter completion, the project annually generates 180,000 tons of food from pork; 50 thousand tons of finished products from fruits and vegetables; 1.2 million tons of feed; 600,000 tons of organic microbiological fertilizer… Total revenue of VND 38,000 billion\/year, contributes to the State budget of VND 1,000 billion\/year, creates jobs for more than 10,000 employees.<\/p>\n

The factory of the Complex purchases agricultural products in the locality and vicinity as raw materials for fruit juice production and fodder production, thereby contributing to change the structure of the agricultural sector, improve the efficiency of land use, improve the lives of farmers, make Ngoc Lac the leading district of the country in high-tech agricultural development; at the same time raising the index of investment attraction of the province. It is expected that in the second quarter of 2021, the Project will be put into operation, then in the fourth quarter of 2021, bring the product into the market.<\/p>\n

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Le Duc Giang – Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of Thanh Hoa Provincial People’s Committee emphasized: The project of Xuan Thien \u2013 Thanh Hoa I High-tech Production and Breeding Complex started up demonstrating the high determination of Xuan Thien Group. To complete the project and put it into operation on schedule, he prposed that departments, agencies of the province and the People’s Committee of Ngoc Lac district to accompany investors, remove difficulties and problems arising during the project implementation.<\/p>\n

Vice Chairman of Thanh Hoa Provincial People’s Committee proposed Xuan Thien Group to focus on resources, actively urge contractors to ensure the quality and progress of works as planned; ensure labor safety; prevent and avoid fire and explosion, comply with the provisions of law on investment, construction, land, and at the same time, protect the environment for sustainable development.<\/p>\n

At the commencement ceremony, the leaders of the Province witnessed the signing of the investment memorandum between the Ngoc Lac District People’s Committee and enterprises, including: Xuan Thien \u2013 Thanh Hoa I High-tech Production and Breeding Complex Project; Ngoc Khe Mineral Spring Resort in Ngoc Lac town; Minh Tien Industrial Cluster Infrastructure; Delta E&C Electrolux Electronic Component Factory; HWA YIN Shoes Factory; Hong Nam \u2013 Thanh Hoa Crane and Steel Structure Factory.<\/p>\n

On this occasion, Xuan Thien Group donated to Ngoc Lai District People’s Committee VND 5 billion to invest in infrastructure in the area.<\/p>\n
