On November 9th<\/sup>, talking to Dai Doan Ket online, the Standing Vice Chairman of Nam Dinh Provincial People’s Committee Tran Anh Dung said that on the same day that the Director of the Provincial Department of Construction Vu Van Hung signed the construction permit (the type of use granted in stages of the works, which is self-build) for Xuan Thien Nghia Hung Concrete Joint Stock Company, which belongs to Xuan Thien Group for leveling (conditioning lake) under the Xuan Thien Nam Dinh Precast Concrete Component Factory project (1 of 3 major projects of Xuan Thien Group approved for investment in Nam Dinh).<\/p>\n

The construction site belongs to the area of nearly 285,000 m2 in the inner zone of Con Xanh, located in Nghia Hai commune, Nam Dien commune, Nghia Hung district.<\/p>\n

Previously, on November 8th<\/sup>, the Standing Vice Chairman of Nam Dinh Provincial People’s Committee Tran Anh Dung signed a decision to allow the transfer of land use purpose and lease more than 568,000 m2 to Nghia Hung Concrete Joint Stock Company (which has been decided by the Provincial People’s Committee) in Nghia Hai commune and Nam Dien commune, Nghia Hung district to implement the investment project to build Xuan Thien Nam Dinh precast concrete component factory.<\/p>\n

In particular, 525,344.7 m2 of land in Nghia Hai commune (the origin is the land temporarily assigned administrative management rights to the People’s Committee of Nghia Hai commune, Nghia Hung district); 42,908.0 m2 of land in Nam Dien commune, in the western of Con Xanh area (the origin of use is the Day riverside alluvial land managed by the People’s Committee of Nam Dien commune). The land lease form is the State leases land, collects annual fee. The land lease term is 50 years\u2026<\/p>\n

Previously, as the Dai Doan Ket Online has reflected, the authorities of Nam Dinh province and Xuan Thien Group (Ninh Binh) have promoted many steps in the process of implementing 3 major investment projects, including: Xuan Thien Nghia Hung Green Steel Plant project (built on an area of 83.93 ha, total investment capital of VND 10,000 billion, capacity of 2 million tons\/year); Xuan Thien Nam Dinh No. 1 Green Steel Plant project (built on an area of 284.97 ha, total capacity of 7.5 million tons\/year, total investment capital of VND 88,000 billion) and Xuan Thien Nam Dinh Precast Concrete Component Factory project, total investment capital of VND 900 billion.<\/p>\n

All 3 of the above projects are implemented in the coastal mudflat area in Nghia Hung district. Previously, in order to implement the above projects of \u00a0Xuan Thien Group, Nam Dinh Provincial People’s Committee issued a decision to recover more than 431 hectares of land in some communes of Nghia Hung district.<\/p>\n
