Xuan Thien Green Steel

Xuan Thien Group is implementing the largest-scale project nationwide, including the Xuan Thien Nam Dinh Green Steel no.1 plant, Xuan Thien Nghia Hung Green Steel Plant with a capacity of 9.5 million tons per year. These plants utilize modern technology, replacing coke with LNG/H2 (green steel), ensuring product quality and environmental friendliness.

Construction Materials – Green Steel is the first field developed by Xuan Thien Group in Vietnam. The group’s construction material production plants include:

Clinker and cement production plants with a capacity of 30 million tons per year. Especially, there are 2 of the world’s largest clinker production lines (in 2015) with a capacity of 25,000 tons of clinker per day, equivalent to 35,000 tons of cement per day in Ha Nam province.
Lime and light powder production plant, Xuan Thien Hoa Binh, with a capacity of 2.16 million tons per year (Under development).
Xuan Thien Nam Dinh Green Steel Complex project with a capacity of 9.5 million tons per year is being implemented in Nghia Hung district, Nam Dinh province.

Production management and product quality management

CCR remote control center system ensures the absolutely accurate stages in the production process from raw material to finished products, minimizing human errors. In addition, the rapid online and fully automated sampling and analysis system helps control the best product quality.
