At the meeting, Xuan Thien Group said that it has more than 80 domestic and foreign member companies with a total charter capital of more than VND 100,000 billion, specializing in energy production, high-tech agriculture, construction materials, bank finance and a number of other services. Currently, the Group’s member companies own many energy production plants and construction materials, which have had a stable revenue, annual revenue of VND 20,000 billion.

In Dak Lak, the Group has completed the investment in Xuan Thien Ea Sup solar power plant cluster with a capacity of 830MWp with a total investment of more than VND 16,500 billion; initially, the average revenue reached VND 200 billion/month; contributing to the local budget about VND 20 billion/month, helping hundreds of local workers to have a high and stable income. As the project is completed, by 2027, it is expected to pay the local budget (including corporate income tax and VAT): 2.5 billion VND/day.
Mr. Pham Ngoc Nghi – Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee spoke at the meeting.
The Group’s projects are being implemented: Ea Sup Agriculture and Forestry Project with a total investment of VND 1,064.9 billion; Xuan Thien Cu-M’gar High-Tech Application Agricultural Zone Project with a total investment of VND 2,799 billion. In particular, the Group is proposing to invest in the project chain “High-tech food production, breeding and processing complex and Logistics” with a total investment of more than VND 20,000 billion to maximize the potential and strengths of developing the province’s agricultural sector.
According to the plan, in the period of 2022-2025, Xuan Thien Group has identified Dak Lak as a key and strategic area to expand the investment in the field of high-tech agriculture, connected to sustainable chains.
The delegation visited the project of high-tech swines breeding farm in Ngoc Lac district, Thanh Hoa province.
At the meeting, Xuan Thien Group introduced the project chain “Complex of production, breeding, processing high-tech food and logistics” including 7 component subprojects: The project of fruit juice production factory and raw materials, pharmaceuticals area; Project of drying and preserving agricultural products; Project of feed factory; Project of pork processing factory, cold storage; Project of instant food processing factory from pork; Project of high-tech pig breeding by European standards (4.0 technology); Investment project to build the Logistics center of Xuan Thien Dak Lak. Currently, the Group has coordinated with departments, localities and consultants to conduct field surveys, study climate conditions, soil and land funds as a basis for project proposals.

With stable financial potential and experience in investing in large projects, Xuan Thien Group is committed to implementing the above mentioned series of projects with a total of more than VND 20,000 billion and guarantee deposit for the implementation of the project of hundreds of billions. The Group’s project complex in Dak Lak will create jobs for about 10,000 local workers with high incomes, especially for ethnic minority workers.
At the meeting, Xuan Thien Group also proposed a number of issues such as they suggest that Dak Lak province will soon approve the land-use planning, The land-use planning for the period of 2021-2030 of Cu M’gar and Ea Sup, including updating the projects proposed by the Group to have a basis for implementation; approving the Project on consolidation and development of Dak Lak Rubber Joint Stock Company, which brings the area of about 865ha of land proposed by Xuan Thien Group in the above project chain in Cu M ‘gar district out of the land-use planning of Dak Lak Rubber Joint Stock Company…

Concluding at the meeting, Mr. Nguyen Dinh Trung – Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee proposed the Provincial People’s Committee, departments, agencies and relevant localities to actively coordinate to remove difficulties and bottlenecks related to the implementation of projects of Xuan Thien Group; coordinate with investors to choose an option to hand over the ground to soon implement projects; unify to bring the area proposed by Xuan Thien Group out of the Project on consolidation and development of Dak Lak Rubber Joint Stock Company; arrange land bank in Buon Ma Thuot city for Xuan Thien Group to implement processing projects, Logictics Center… He also suggested, Xuan Thien Group will soon start the construction of the High-tech livestock and food processing complex in Cu M ‘gar district.
